Use a prepared pizza crust and prebake if instructions indicate. Preheat the oven to 400ᵒ F. to bake the finished pie.
Spread marinara sauce over pizza crust, leaving a ¾-inch border uncovered around the outer edge. Sprinkle cheese over sauce. Arrange vegetables over cheese and
sprinkle with basil and oregano. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
Bake for about 15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is well melted.
Variation: For a Garden Tofu Pizza, substitute 1½ cups crumbled or diced, well-drained, firm tofu for the mozzarella cheese.
