Chia pudding parfait Recipe

Healthful, smooth chia pudding is a perfect match for crunchy granola and flavorful fruits. This parfait is beautiful to serve, as well!

Ingredients

 1 ½ cups almond milk (or alternative milk of your choice)
 ¼ cup chia seeds
 ¼ teaspoon natural vanilla extract
 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
 Granola and fruits of choice
Note: For a soy-free and gluten-free parfait, select your alternative milk and granola accordingly.

Instructions

In a bowl (or covered mason jar), whisk (or shake) ingredients together until well mixed.

Cover and place in the refrigerator for an hour. Stir to break up any clumps. Use now or refrigerate longer.

Layer in glass bowls or parfait glasses with chia pudding, granola of choice, and fruits.
