Please go immediately to the Administration tent to contact a member of our Safety Staff. An announcement can be made at the band shell/stage. Please do not let the child leave the area. It is best to take the child to the First Aid tent located on the south end of the park. They will assist in the efforts to quickly locate a parent or guardian. Before releasing the lost child, be sure they can correctly identify their parent / guardian.
In the event of extreme weather conditions, please adhere to the announcements being made by local authorities.
Located on the south end of the park, the First Aid Triage Tent provides hydration, bug spray, sunscreen and band-aids for VF guests and triages those needing a further evaluation at the Treatment Tent nearby. We want every guest to feel safe at the festival. If you have an immediate need while on-site, go to the Administration Tent. This is where Security can be located. VF Volunteers communicate via radios while on site and can be located / notified quickly.
