Sue Rose retired as a senior executive for Blue Cross Blue Shield and received certification as a vegetarian coach, from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies at Cornell University. She gives talks and workshops on the vegetarian lifestyle, and is co-editor of the cookbook, Veggies and You.
Susan will cover the health benefits of a plant based diet and will explain how organic and non-GMO products can help you transition to a healthier, more compassionate lifestyle. Handouts will include menus and recipes.
