Jora Young has worked in the field of natural areas conservation and resource management for 23 years and became the director of Conservation Action Training. Traveling and lecturing throughout the world, she has also co-authored a book for new Society Publishers, The Ecology of Hope: Communities Collaborate for Sustainability (1997).
Jora Young will share her outlook on health from three perspectives—physical, spiritual and global. Her approach reveals how dietary choices affect our bodies and how what we eat affects our meditations. Additionally, Ms. Young will explore how our attitudes and actions impact our environment.
